About Me

Hello! I’m Alejandra Russo, an industrial engineer, entrepreneur, and passionate mother dedicated to supporting busy women who want to build and maintain healthy habits. I combine pilates and neuroscience to help transform both body and mind.

My Story

After years working in occupational safety and health, as well as marketing, I spent nearly a decade focused solely on motherhood. During this time, I discovered pilates as a way to keep myself moving and used it as a tool to stay active—even when I had to restart the habit of regular exercise several times. This practice has contributed positively to my own health and to that of many other busy women.

However, through my own struggles, I realised that willpower alone doesn’t last. That’s when I discovered how combining pilates with neuroscience can be a powerful tool for wellbeing, helping to sustain consistency. This inspired me to create this blog to support women juggling busy lives, helping them stay motivated and committed to their health.

What I can do for you

Here, I offer realistic pilates routines made for busy women who want to move more without adding stress. These sessions are easy to fit into your day, helping you build a habit that sticks.

I focus on small, simple habits that don’t feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll create a gentle kind of discipline that’s doable and keeps you motivated, so staying active becomes part of your everyday life.

Plus, I share simple tips from neuroscience and behaviour science to explain how your brain forms habits. It’s not about complicated science, but about understanding yourself better so you can stay motivated and make lasting changes.
